This move is the result of a well-planned transition aimed at positioning the company for strategic growth. Dave Lazor, the company's founder, will assume the role of Chairman.  Matt has been a valuable member of the Lazorpoint team for 22 years, consistently improving client solutions and leveraging IT to help businesses grow. Through training and advancement opportunities, he helped develop a high-performance culture to provide businesses with the best technology solutions. His appointment as CEO reflects Lazorpoint's commitment to excellence and dedication to providing the highest level of service to clients.   “Matt has been integral to Lazorpoint’s success by assembling the strong team that we have today,” said Dave. “Matt always strives for innovation and client satisfaction. He has developed a high-performance culture that empowers our team to thrive. I am confident that under Matt’s leadership, the company will continue to further our strategic vision and strengthen our position as the leader of technology solutions for businesses in Northeast Ohio.”  Lazorpoint's executive team is rounded out by Andrew Calori, who has moved from Head of Delivery to COO, and Kelly MacMillan, who remains CFO.
