For more than 20 years, Crain’s Forty under 40 program has honored over 840 of Northeast Ohio’s rising business stars for their professional success and civic contributions.

Dave attributes his success to more than working hard. He says, “Building a great company is a team sport. We’re blessed to have assembled the team we have today. We’re excited about our future plans, and know that adding other high performers will be required for us to reach our true potential.”

When he was 23-years-old, Dave Lazor started Lazorpoint, an IT services company, which serves small to mid-size companies. That was 15 years ago. Since that time, he has grown the company to more than 20 full-time team members. His passion for servicing the customer is evident in everything he does and his actions are always thoughtful. Lazorpoint’s “Think. Build. Run.” approach is a great example of this.

Dave actively supports programs and organizations that foster and promote the entrepreneurial spirit in Northeast Ohio. He has previously served on the board for the Cleveland Chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and the John Carroll University Entrepreneurs’ Association. In addition to his various leadership roles within EO, Dave is also very involved in their mentoring program. Dave is a frequent speaker on the topics of entrepreneurship, the intersection of technology and business, and building a high-performance team.
