Yael has more than twenty years of diverse experience helping organizations to successfully develop and execute business growth strategies, and to drive change. She began her career at a subsidiary of Times Mirror where she was responsible for qualitative and quantitative research and analysis used in the development of products targeting accountants, lawyers, and financial institutions. A Founding Editor of the Women’s Annotated Legal Bibliography (Clark Boardman), she is admitted to the Bar in New York and New Jersey.
Yael has been instrumental in developing marketing, training, and sales tools for a variety of clients integrating a broad spectrum of approaches including techniques for effective global account management, methodologies for optimizing customer relationships, and best-practices for facilitating internal organizational awareness and change. She has also assisted leading professional services and consulting firms formulate successful sales presentations to such clients as Sprint, The Disney Company, Farmland Industries, and the Ford Motor Company.
An award-winning copywriter (Telly Award), Ms. Spielman has produced live national and international satellite broadcasts. Her creativity and prose has enhanced global corporate events hosted by such television personalities as Meredith Vieira, Phylicia Rashad, Monica Crowley, and Stuart Varney.
Yael is an honors graduate of Queens College of the City of New York, and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
