
Tim has more than 20 years of diverse business experience successfully developing and executing business growth strategies, and driving change. He has first-hand executive and board level experience in the management of issues around rapid growth, start-up, turnaround, merger and acquisition, and strategic technology implementation — including as an executive officer in a publicly traded business.
Tim's prior roles have spanned business and market strategy, both in the corporate and not-for-profit arenas, change management and communications, marketing, sales, and consulting practice leadership. Most recently, Tim served as a Vice President in a respected high tech market strategy firm, where he provided board and officer level counsel for major technology companies in North America and Asia. Prior, he was Chief Marketing Officer for a 3000-person NASDAQ-traded high tech services company, where he ran global sales, marketing, and strategy, as well as the company's nascent consulting business.
For more than ten years prior, Tim held various roles with Ernst & Young LLP — most recently as Director of National Marketing. He also served as the senior marketing executive for E&Y Consulting during its five greatest years of double-digit, double-market growth. Tim's work included leading all North American change management communication activities for several generations of E&Y's evolving future state vision. This vision and its change-centric communications strategy have been credited with the firm's emergence in the late 1990s as a multi-billion dollar, global consulting giant.
Tim holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and a BBA from Ohio State University.
