Mike leads many of Lazorpoint’s most important systems and application development and implementation initiatives. His passion is around designing and implementing solutions that help Lazorpoint customers to grow — by helping them to better sell to and service their customers. He has extensive experience around sales force automation and customer relationship management, enterprise requirements planning, business intelligence, data warehousing, customer portals, warehouse and inventory control systems, and the like. His expertise spans both custom and package application development, across a variety of technology and network platforms.
Mike joined Lazorpoint from marchFIRST, where he built and managed a $100+ million global partnership with Microsoft. His particular interest was on leveraging “return on investment” as a core metric for evaluating technology-based solutions. Prior, with Whittman-Hart, Mike was the liaison between customers, technologists, and sales. His responsibilities included translating business needs into actionable technology initiatives, creating technical architectures, managing projects, and directing multi-disciplinary teams.
Mike also spent more than ten years in the software development business with Bradley Company. He helped to grow this business into one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in America; Bradley Company was eventually acquired by Xerox.
Mike is a scholar/collegiate athlete, lettering in both baseball and football at Case Western Reserve University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Citrix Certified Administrator. He volunteers extensively with E-City, a branch of the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE).
