Matt exemplifies the Lazorpoint “point man” philosophy providing much of the organization’s leadership for its most technical and complex engagements and initiatives. He leads the large team of Lazorpoint Systems and Client Service Engineers addressing those issues daily for Lazorpoint clients.
Matt has worked extensively in the insurance and software marketing industries. He has made significant contributions to clients using industry leading design principles and technologies. His specialty is advanced and mission-critical infrastructure design and deployment. His technical accomplishments are numerous and deep — spanning infrastructure engineering, migration, remote office integration, messaging and collaboration services, application, server, and storage virtualization, data backup and protection, problem tracking, knowledge management, and much more.
Some of Matt’s deepest passions are around technologies that help organizations to better sell to and service their customers. He has done extensive work with technologies around sales force automation, customer relationship management, wireless productivity, warehouse and inventory tracking, customer portals, business intelligence, and the like. His everyday focus is assuring a flawless and hassle-free technology infrastructure for each of his clients’ businesses — allowing them to focus on the more strategic issues around growing their business.
Matt holds a Bachelors Degree from Bowling Green State University and has multiple professional vendor certifications including those from Microsoft and Citrix.
