Bob’s passion is building high performance project teams that work to help his customers achieve their most important growth dreams. Today, he is one of Lazorpoint’s senior solution architects focused especially on helping clients to leverage technology in a variety of ways — most notably, to better sell to and service their customers.
Bob’s career began at the Ohio Aerospace Institute where he helped define, design, and implement some of the world-class, high technology infrastructure envisioned in that organization’s e-learning strategy. Prior, he ran many of the complex, multimedia network implementations for a technology services company focused on e-learning applications and the on-demand streaming video inherent in those applications.
For nearly a decade, Bob has led the creation, management, and growth of Lazorpoint’s renown Client Service Engineering team. This team combines smart call center technology with expert client service engineers to provide extraordinary service and “peace of mind” assurance around technology infrastructure for Lazorpoint clients.
Bob earned a B.A. degree from Cleveland State University. He holds extensive professional certifications in a variety of Microsoft and related technologies.
