Delivery Model & Method
When our clients engage Lazorpoint, they’re counting on reaching a particular destination defined as some specific set of business results. Equally important, however, is the quality of the journey - the process and the experience of getting to the end results.
With this "journey" ever in mind, we have designed our services to be delivered in phases that are easy for an organization to successfully embrace. There are three key phases:
- Discovery. When we’re engaged, the first issue usually is – what’s working well, what’s not working, and why? Often, the seeming cause of the problem and the real cause are very different. Often, there is great deal of good in place to build upon. Our goal in this first phase is to be clear on what issues need addressed most urgently, and where and how we can begin to address them most effectively.
- Roadmap. Once the problems and issues are clearly identified and understood, we help create a roadmap that drives the business towards practical, affordable solutions. This is where our background as engineers emerges. We want to understand the real problem, and we want to fix it - permanently, and practically.
- Engine. When the situation warrants, Lazorpoint will take on ownership for actually operating a part of the business for our client. Sometimes we operate a Talent Engine operating as an outsourced recruiting department. Sometimes we operate a Sales or Marketing Engine, operating as an outsourced sales and marketing department. Sometimes we operate a Technology & Systems Engine, operating as an outsourced IT organization - up to and even running the technology infrastructure of the business.
